What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, including both the original delivery fee and the return pickup fee.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 6–7 weeks. However, we always do our best to deliver as soon as possible. You’ll be notified once your piece is ready for shipment.
